 BSEE, CS or relevant technical degree required.
 5+ years software system development experience.
 3+ years object oriented design and application development.
 2+ years experience with object oriented programming in C#, ASP.Net.
 Portal, Billing, Membership system development, maintain experience plus.
 Software Life Cycle management product experience is plus.
