This position is responsible for processing of ADP payroll system and work force system. <strong>Job Position</strong>: Payroll Administrator / Supervisor <strong>Position Type</strong> : Full Time <strong>Job Location</strong>: Cusseta Alabama <strong>Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities</strong> • Process ADP payroll for all employees and ensure complete and accurate results. • Run ADP work force system • Prepare all payments for payroll taxes and deductions • Process payroll and deductions through ADP. Track data in both ADP and Excel. Review data, make any necessary corrections and generate report. • Prepare payroll reports and reconcile bi-weekly and monthly. Generate a variety of reports – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly payroll reports. • Review and control ADP attendance system • Communicate with HR department to coordinate HR issues. • Prepare customizing report of payroll • Facilitate Korean staff tax returns. • Lead 401(k) and Workers Compensation audits. • Perform account reconciliations for all accrual accounts. • Collaborate with auditor to combine bi-weekly and monthly data to complete quarterly and annual accounting audit. • Reconcile payroll deductions such as 401k, health insurance, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, uniform and etc. • Prepare job creation report for EB-5 project. <strong>Education and Experiences</strong> • Bachelor’s degree • 2~3 years experience processing payroll preferably using ADP <strong>Required Skills</strong> • Expert ADP skills • Preference : Bi-Lingual, Fluent in English, Fluent in Korean • Expert MS Excel skills; proficient MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • Expert data entry, data analysis, and problem resolution skills <strong>Benefits</strong> • Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) • Paid vacation • Paid Sick days • 401K • Support Visa or Green card • Support relocation (up to $3,000) • Support temporary housing (up to $1,800) Please send your resume to hsyunusa@gmail.com, hsyun@wamc.co.kr I agree to the terms of service Update List
