The role is to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers/ consumers and retain existing ones.
This position is responsible for the overall management of R & D, design, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies, planning, campaigns for brand management and company identity and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Plan and oversee marketing budgets and allocate funds.
• Measure and report performance of marketing events in short and long range
• Research, analyze, monitor marketing factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized
• Plan and communicate with outside marketing agencies, retailers and all marketing related divisions within the company on ongoing campaigns
• Hire and train a team of marketing staff members and other division members (R&D, Design teams)
• Lead R&D efforts of company from its inception to develop products
• Oversee and evaluate to ensure existing products and optimize product portfolio
• Oversee and direct brand marketing, design, and research functions
• Monitor and improve/ re-design creative processes; implement changes
• Produce valuable content for company website
• Plan and oversee the company’s marketing contents such as advertising and promotion activities
• Coordinate to ensure timely delivery of materials and merchandise for promotional events at trade shows and other venues
• Communicate with Sr. managements about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorm fresh strategies
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Work closely with Sales, PO, R&D, and design teams and main effective communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Assist a new product development strategy including market needs
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and project status report
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
• Develop and maintain interactive relationship and experiential relationship to ensure market oriented strategic planning
• Develop team staff capabilities
• Understand business strategies and accomplish marketing mission and goal
• Develop marketing strategy plan with each division to meet the company missionSkills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree (minimum) in marketing or related field required
• 8-10 years of marketing related experience
• Qualified strong analytical, project management and research skills
• Strong creative outlook
• Fluent in English, proficient in Korean (verbal & written)
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skill
• Confident and positive personality
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
