Please submit your resume to topsinyc@gmail.com for next step. <strong>Requirement</strong> 8-10 years of IT support experience IT Manager experience IT related major Work authorization in US <strong>Job Description:</strong> · Work in PC/networking environment including installation, testing, repair, and troubleshooting for stand-alone PCs, PCs linked to networks, printers, and other computer peripherals. · Technical, operational, and training support to users of personal computers either by telephone, or on-site for PC desktop hardware and software packages. · Provide configuration and support services for Point of Service (POS) program ensuring stability and sustainability of businessoperation. · Resolve POS software and hardware challenges with external support group ensuring speedy resolution and minimal operational disruption during all business hours · Provide installation support to include managing setup, installation, moves, add-ons, and changes for POS. · Maintain data wire, telephone line & system, surveillance system, internet · Set personal network IPs and wireless connection · Support Local and remote users on call or on site · Work with IT team on systems and application software installation, monitoring and maintenance. · Work with outside vendors and contractors for specialized tasks. · Implement and maintain email and phone systems on corporate and store level <strong>Qualifications:</strong> · 8 to 10 years strong experience in PC, Windows Server, network, firewall, backup & disaster recovery solutions · Intermediate experience using Windows Operating System and Microsoft Exchange – Office 365 · Familiarity with telecommunications companies processes and procedures · Capable of identifying and organizing solutions to multiple tasks and deadlines. · Strong work ethic and pride in work. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Preferred bilingual in English/Korean or English/Spanish Thanks.
