• Support owned POS system (Hardware and Database) with vendor
• Support Local Programs for Windows 7
• Support Local PCs, Netbook and Windows Server 2010.
• Support Internet connection (FIOS, TWC, WiMAX & DSL)
• Support Local Data wires

Requirement
Must have 3-6 years of IT Helpdesk experience
Major Information technology or relevant
Fully bilingual in Korean and English
Work Authorization in US
Be able to start immediately
