    Rödl Warren Averett LLC is currently looking for experienced auditors who are competent and able to play an in-charge role in team.

    We provide audit, accounting, tax and business consulting services for international businesses.

    Position: Supervisor / Senior Associate

     

    Location: Montgomery, AL

     

    Qualifications:

    ·         Minimum 4 years of audit experience (Manufacturing audit experience preferred)

    ·         Licensed CPA

    ·         Effective communication skill and leadership

    ·         Bilingual in English and Korean

    ·         Willing to travel frequently

     

    Responsibilities:

    ·         Audit tasks for a variety of clients as team leader

    ·         Exercises good judgment and makes effective, sound, timely and informed decisions

    ·         Seeks to identify, analyze and resolve problems effectively

    ·         Review entry and intermediate work performed by others

    ·         Train and develop subordinates

    ·         Assume increased Engagement Leader responsibilities

    ·         Assume assigned administrative functions within division

    ·         Seek out and solve client problems

    ·         Communicate and interact with members, managers, subordinates, and clients

    ·         Identify additional services needed by clients

    ·         Perform advanced tasks with minimal supervision

    ·         Displays and fosters integrity and honesty through the promotion of mutual trust and respect

    ·         Demonstrates and fosters high ethical standards, and treats others fairly and ethically
