Requirement
IT major or related major
IT Support experience is a plus
Fully bilingual in Korean & English is a plus
Work Authorization in US is a must (No visa sponsorship)
Immediate start

Responsibilities
Respond to IT Helpdesk tickets
Diagnose and resolve basic computer problems, including PC, server, internet connectivity, network, operating systems, applications, and printers; install and configure new PCs and other hardware, system upgrades and software patches
Train users on new equipment and software
Maintain IT hardware and software assets; assist in IT infrastructure and systems maintenance, upgrade, and/or migration
Maintain system status and troubleshooting documents (procedures)
