▣ Responsibility
> HR Information System Associate
[HRIS Administration]
– Maintain SAP HR system, prepare for headcount related report such as J-SOX/DQ/HR Dashboard and update employee pictures(NAKISA) on a monthly basis. Also, maintain Master Incumbent Excel data and personal document which include employee’s basic data as well as employement history(transfer, promotion, contract status etc)
[Support for Recruitment-HQ]
– Taking care of all logistics for interview; venue reservation, time scheduling, and interview material, such as CV and PI report, preparation.
– Contacting with recruitment agencies with ad hoc issues raised by Business Partners, Talent Sourcing Manager, hiring managers, or candidates.
[Support for Recruitment-Branch]
– Supporting administrative recruitment support by working closely with BP and Talent Sourcing Manager
[Assesement Tool Administration]
– As a part of interview preparation, incumbent operates assessment tool and collect its result under the supervision of Talent Sourcing Manager and BPs.
– Providing Assessment result to BPs, Talent Sourcing Manager, Hiring Managers, and other people who are involved in the recruitment process.
[Other support-Employer Branding]
Supporting Talent Management & OD Manager and Talent Sourcing Manager in terms of Employer Branding activities such as Campus Visit, Job Fair, Media Coverage, Company Brochure update and Internship Program.
[Training Program Support (Logistics & Arrangement)]
– Supporting Training & Development Manager in terms of New comer Induction and other HQ Training programs.
[To perform any other tasks given by the direct manager]

– University Degree in related preferred
– 2~5yrs of HR experiences
– Data Analysis Skills
– Fluent in English and Korean
