▣ Requirements
– Bachelor Degree or above in statistics, Mathematics or Financial Engineering (MBA preferred)
– at least 2 years of financial Modeling experience
– Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
– Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
– Desire to work in an information systems environment
– Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
▣ Job Description (including but not limited to)
– Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities
– Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
– Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
– Supervising business architecture and process design activities
– Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
– Supervising business architecture implementation activities
– Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
– Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
– Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)
▣ 우대사항
– 통계 분석, 데이터 분석 관련 skill 보유자
– 통계/데이터 분석 Tool 사용 경험 필요: MATLAB, R 등 Open source. 또는 SPSS, SAS 등 commercial 분석 package 사용 경험자
– 고객/시장/기업내부 데이터를 기반으로 특정 Topic 개선 프로젝트 수행 경험자
– Data Mining Modeling skill 데이터를 기반으로, Classification, Prediction, Clustering, Forecasting, Text Mining 관련 분석 경험자
– Web또는 Social 분석 경험자 (Text Mining)
