– Cultivate tailor-made marketing by maintaining and improving the customer loyalty program, which should be led to extend stable loyalty base and increase sales per loyal customer with effective redemption.– Regularly analyze customer data based on their profile and transaction data
– Manage and update related Dior online site in conjunction with region or HQ to maximize the brand awareness and to deliver newest information to the market.
– Develop and implement enhanced process / methodology used to learn more about customers
’ needs and behaviors(covering information on sales, customers, marketing effectiveness, responsiveness and market trends– Prepare an annual VIP plan in compliance with Regional guideline and local requirements.
– Recommend creative ideas to create & upgrade benefits and special events for VIP customers
– Develop & execute targeted direct mail campaign (DM & Catalogues) in conjunction with outside agency and/or internal marketing staff to maximize the efficiency of this campaign to the marke
– Manage the customer profiles and transaction data to provide regular analysis of customer segmentation
– Prepare any sales related data requested by Retail Managing Director on a timely manner.
▣ Requirements7~10 yrs experiences– At least 3 years experience in CRM management preferably in luxury market.
– Customer focus, strategic thinking, excellent people skill, business acumen, analytical ability, problem solving, planning and organizing skill.
– Computer skill.
– Fluent in English and Korean.
– Outgoing and friendly, positive service attitude, high level of aesthetic sense & teamwork and action oriented
