    1) Production Management Assistant

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Manage and ensures inventory of semi-finished parts and complete parts
    Analyze production process, results, and downtime
    Support the production operation to be efficient
    Reviewing daily/monthly operation rate and efficiency rate status
    Execute and follow up on corrective actions for the Assembly, Spray and Shipping Departments and the other factory
    Participate in productivity improvement activities and Execute improvement plans continuously
    Understand and control the production personnel allocation
    Analyze operation cycle time, downtime, productivity and efficiency rates for each line

    QUALIFICATION
    Good communication skills
    Resourceful and well organized
    Prioritizing and planning work activities

    2) Quality Control Assistant

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
    Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor
    Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
    Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
    Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs

    QUALIFICATION
    Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
    Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies
    Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
    High school diploma or higher education
    Prefer experience in the field of electric, and manufacturing
    Background in quality control and/or electric, and manufacturing
