Dealer Sales (Order Intake Entry) Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Previous Customer Service/Inside Sales experience
– Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills
– Solid organizational skills
– Comfortable working in a dynamic – multitasking environment.
– Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
– Bilingual (Spanish), sales/customer service experience a plus
– Process mail, email, and faxes efficiently and appropriately
– Always maintain customer confidentiality and privacy
– Communicate any challenging issues with appropriate management
– Participate in a cohesive work environment that is constantly growing and changing
