The quality implants are exported to more than 20 different countries in Europe and Asia. <strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong> Plan and seek efficient and cost effective ways that align with the strategic goals of the company. Assist in leasing contract: new leases, lease renewals for branch offices, Head Quarter and Corporate Apartments, negotiating rates or conditions and communicating with branch managers, landlords (property representatives), insurance agents and lawyers. Comply with guidelines relating to lease from parent company in Korea and arrange data for approval. Monthly monitor all utilities contracts, proper billing and invoices from each property. Implement fuel card policy, issue new users, maintain users and track proper usage. Preserve EZ Pass users, actual EZ Pass Tags and monitor proper usage. Provide fuel card & mileage instruction to new employees through webinar monthly. Coordinate travel arrangements: arrange hotel and airline booking on internal or guest business trips; confirm business trip schedule and itineraries. Procure computers, inventory log & labeling; initialize and dispatch all computers before new sales reps training begins. Assist in providing remote assistance for installing company software and VPN Setting. Support and maintain VOIP phone users on a regular basis. Assist in supervision of procuring and maintaining fixed assets (Corporate cars included), office supplies and low value assets based on the company’s internal demands; asset log and labels; monitor all procurement from branches through Amazon and Staples. Handle general building maintenance, included Fire Alarm and monitor the supply of snacks and beverage at headquarters. Develop and negotiate budgeting on general liability insurance. Coordinate and assist in internal company events and new sales reps training (East & West) monthly Support major IT and computer related trouble shooting assignment for branch sales rep and employees <strong>Qualifications</strong> No experience necessary. Adequate understanding of the following is desirable: Fluency in Korean and English Professional knowledge of general business principles. Office software utilization skills, MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under tight deadlines. Ability to work with little supervision. A positive working attitude that is quick to adapt to the multicultural corporate environment. Minimum Diploma, real estate knowledge is a plus.
