Job Duties
Responsibility:
– Facility Management : Management of building related matters including lease agreements.
– General Affairs : Company Cars, Telecommunication Expense, Travel Expense and others
– Procurement Process Management of company purchasing
– Preparation of Protocol : Preparation and Support guest visits
– Supervise the receptionist and update the job description
– Comply with the company’s policy
– Other duties as assigned
Principle Duties and Responsibilities and Approximate % of Time Spent On Each:
– Facility Management (30%)
– General Affairs (30%)
– Procurement Process Management (15%)
– Preparation of Protocol (15%)
– Others (10%)
Job Qualifications
– 3+ experience
– Bachelor Degree
– Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as familiarity with Oracle
– Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills
– Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
– Ability to schedule and keep items of the office and duties prioritized
– Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic
– Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus
