Resume to: recruitor@lghausys.com Role Description and Responsibilities: • Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, and statements according to established procedures • Calculate and prepare payments method for all purchases • Verify items billed against items ordered and received, and reconcile differences through follow-up with the vendor or/and other employees • Enter, update, and retrieve accounting data from automated accounting system • Assign code to data according to company procedures • Post financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system, according to instructions • Determine content and assemble data in order to prepare monthly reports for review • Complete and submit pension contribution forms, and other government documents • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations • Reconcile transactions, financial data, and other information to an automated accounting system • Operate accounting software (ERP/SAP) to record, store, and analyze information • Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence • Monitor and reconcile all corporate credit card transactions for data entry and reporting • Reconcile and report discrepancies found in records • Transfer details from separate journals to general ledgers or data processing sheets • Explain appropriate work instructions to other employees • Interpret and apply instructions and guidelines to resolve work problems • Design, prepare, and maintain spreadsheets using basic mathematical calculations Education and Work Experience: -Bachelor Degree preferred in Accounting, Economics or Business related. -Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred.
