GAMEVIL USA, Inc., a global leader in smartphone and social games is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as an Accountant. This is a full-time, entry level position in El Segundo, CA. Bilingual Korean a must.

Position Summary:

Accounting related duties including monitoring of payments of funds by 3rd party vendors. Record income and reduce the amount of past due funds owed to the company. Processing and reconciling income. Prepare invoice and billing, collections, data entry, bank deposits, accounts management and preparation of royalty reports and various financial reports.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Processing and reconciling payments received from the various vendors.
• Monitors and confirms income and expense by processing payments received and checks payable to vendors.
• Prepare financial report in accordance with IFRS (Quarterly). Reconciling company’s bank accounts (Daily).
• Prepare daily cash flow statement and report to HQ
• Input financial details into QuickBooks Online.
• Process company’s payroll in semi-monthly basis.
• Ensures A/R and sales figures in accounting software match with internally generated financial report.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by research; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0 to 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to research and find suitable answers on any topics
• Proficient in MS Office Suites and QuickBooks Online
