Game Producer

 Build and lead an online game production team for AAA quality game products
 Manage and own the production schedule
 Lead the design discussion and coming up with implementation steps
 Work with art, engineering, and design staff to bring an idea from an initial concept to finished avatar items for product positioning campaigns
 Iterate features through the prototyping stage to ensure high quality standards
 Interface with internal stakeholders to assure product strategies
 Coordinate external market researchers
 In charge of outsourcing contracts

< Technical skills and experience >

Requirements>>
 Proven track record in more than two commercially successful AAA quality games
 Ability to recruit, lead, and manager design, and game production staff
 Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both Korean and English required
 Ability to create and track project plans with minimal supervision.
 Ability to handle crisis
 Excellent presentation skills, ability to use visualization tools such as PowerPoint and Visio
 7+ year experiences in a major game development company
 Excellent project management skills and records
 May be required to travel
