Position/Scope: Future Project Manager Rotation Program

Goal: A fire protection engineering and construction company in Northern Virginia seeking bright and energetic individuals for its Future Project Manager Rotation Program. The program’s duration is approximately 5 years depending on the individual’s background and abilities. During this rotational program, the candidate will be cross trained in the entire aspect of the business operations, including field training, construction, design, engineering, CAD drafting, coordination and procurement. The successful completion of the rotation program will lead to a Project Manager’s role, with a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses and other incentives.

Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Korean is a must. Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office is a plus. Construction and Engineering background is a plus.
