Responsibilities:
 - Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and updates handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefit s administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow
 - Develops and administers all employee relations activities. Conducts exit interviews and reviews findings with senior management
 - Enhance, and/or develop, implement and enforce human resources policies and procedures of the organization that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation-HRIS
 - Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations

Requirements:
 - Bachelor's degree
 - Minimum 4years of HR experience 
 - Bilingual (Spanish or Korean) 
 - Payroll (ADP or Dayforce) experience preferred
