Job Title </strong> Franchise Sales Representative <strong>2. Job description</strong> • Develop solid leads, methodically source and recruit new franchisees prospects to guarantee continual pipeline regeneration. • Manage the entire franchise sales process from qualification to stores opening. • Promptly and diligently respond to and follow up on all quality prospects. • Increase brand presence, network with lending institutions, enhance prospect flow by networking and recruit new franchisees by attending relevant conventions and tradeshows. • Responsible for finding store locations, analyzing and facilitating creative store acquisition opportunities for franchisees. • Responsible for the domestic franchise sales pre-qualification and application process legally. • Manage and respond to Request for proposals submitted by franchisee candidates. • Prepare and provide demographic reports and impact results for new candidates. • Maintain required records and documentation of sales process. • As a part of a site selection committee, review and analyze sites for franchisees. <strong>3. Qualifications</strong> • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • 1-3 years of franchisee sales experience preferred. • Self-motivated with positive attitude; • Ability to work independently without constant supervision; • Good Communication Skills; • Ability to work independently and meet quota-level goals. • History of consistent success in high-activity sales. • Experienced in cold calling and lead generation. • Strong verbal and writing skills. • Experience networking for lead generation. • Competent office software skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. <strong>4.
