Daekyo America, Inc., a world leading company provider of education materials is currently seeking to add a family member for its Franchise Business Department. Daekyo’s Franchise Business is expanding throughout the U.S and needs a family member with sales experience in order to support the current sales team. This sales person must have a positive demeanor, be a focused and goal-driven team player, a quick learner, a motivated self-started, possess strong interpersonal skills, have high energy and take personal responsibility for their work.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Support franchise candidates with basic information via email or over the phone.
* Conducting follow up calls and arrange meetings (on-site) with candidates for further information about Franchise Business.
* Prepare/assist manager with seminars for franchise candidates. (Some travel required)
* Train franchise candidates with the program and franchise system.
* Provide ongoing support and monitor (visit) franchises.Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2-year degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years in sales business
Bilingual (Spanish) is a Plus!
