Franchise Operation Manager2. Job description
• Leads an operation team at the western branch of Caffebene of with full oversight for all franchisee stores, which
includes financial, operational, and people management responsibilities.
• Ensures all operational objectives for franchisee stores are met in compliance with all company and franchise
policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws for food safety standards and facility cleanliness while
maintaining all brand specific franchise and company standards.
• Ensures that facilities and equipment are maintained to company and/or brand standards and coordinates facility
upgrades or equipment replacement.
• Analyzes Weekly and Monthly sales, labor, inventory and controllable expense on a continual basis and coaches
supervisors to take specific corrective action to meet or exceed margin and sales growth targets.
• Maintains food and labor cost goals, as well as other P&L benchmarks and communicates these to the ADs.
• Establishes specific District and unit-level action plans where necessary.
• Drives customer-focused culture by serving as a role model in resolving serious customer issues
• Tracks, analyzes and identifies root causes of customer complaints/compliments and leads DMs and leadership
teams to implement systematic solutions.
• Ensures that all company standards and safety standards are met in each store supervised through direct
observation as well as follow-up on all Safety Audits, Financial Audits, Safe Audits and any other Franchise specific
evaluations.
• Ensures that stores are properly staffed with well-trained teams
• Responsible for ensuring that all supervisors select, orient and on-board all stores-level management personnel.
• Provides ongoing coaching, feedback and development of supervisors
• Communicates, enforces and executes all marketing plans, promotions and policies and procedures.3. Qualifications
• Self-motivated with positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision;
• Good Communication Skills;
• 5 years+ in Franchise or Restaurant or Fast food industry experiences preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet quota-level goals.
• History of consistent success in high-activity sales.
• Competent office software skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.4. Location
