FNS, INC. (Freight Forwarding) FULL TIME

FNS, Inc, the largest international freight forwarding company in Korea with a global presence, including the US, and is currently seeking a highly energetic and reliable individual for the following position for its office in Huntsville, Alabama.

– Position: FREIGHT FORWARDING COORDINATOR
– Responsibilities:

– Processing export transactions and performing related activities for an assigned base of accounts

– Expediting clearance and delivery to meet client requirements, A/R, and A/P

– Maintaining customer profile information

– Handle all logistics of freight forwarding process for customer goods

– Qualification:

 – Bachelor’s degree
– Minimum of two years of experience at a Courier Company or Freight Forwarding Company, specifically in AIR division. Previous work in Korean Freight Forwarding Company a plus.

– Sales experience a plus

– Be willing to work in Huntsville, AL for a minimum of two years

– Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
– Customer Service Oriented mind

– Fluent English/Korean must

– Able to multi-task
