The job site location for this position is on the campus of Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama facility commonly referred to as HMMA located in Montgomery, Alabama. This position is for employment with Hyundai ENG America, Inc., not HMMA. Hyundai ENG America, Inc., is a subsidiary of HMMA. There is no travel involved for this position. The skills and abilities required for the FM Specialist position are: • A Bachelor's Degree, preferred- • Registration as a license professional engineer or equivalent preferred, but not required- • A minimum of 2 years working experience as a manager or supervisor preferred. Knowledge and cross competency experience with Janitorial, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management/Supervision, Environmental, Maintenance or Construction Engineering- • Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA Safety Standards, quality environmental laws, regulations and goals- • Support and lead execution of various facility projects- • Ability to collaborate with the facilities management/leadership and maintenance team members and subcontractors to deliver solutions that are aligned with their strategies and goals- • Effective oral and written communications skills is a must- • Ability and willingness to work occasional evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as required to • Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests- • Prepares reports- • Ability and willingness to work closely with facility maintenance team members and subcontractors- • Provide project work support- • Excellent Computer Experience (Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel)- • Leadership and guidance skills- • Excellent organization and planning skills- • Strong ability to plan, organize and direct- Qualifications and requirements for the ideal candidate: • Permanent Resident or Citizenship is required- • Valid state issue driver license- • Physically able to stand, bend, reach, lift, carry, walk long distances, if necessary- • Pass Drug Screen- • Pass Criminal Background Check- • Bilingual Korean and English is required- Job Type and Location: • Full time- • Monday-Friday and occasional evenings, nights, weekends and holiday as needed based as per ongoing project work needs- • Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama Plant- Salary and Compensation: • $60,000, based on prior work experience- • Paid Health, Dental and Vision Insurance (family coverage at cost to employee)- • Vacation- • Paid Sick Leave- • Paid Holidays- • FMLA- • Paid overtime at time and a half- • Partial uniform attire provided at no cost to the employee (shirts, steel toed shoes)- • Salary is paid monthly on or before the 25th of each month (varies based on weekends and holidays)- • Payroll Direct Deposit- Please, only qualified candidates meeting the education requirements and experience need apply.
