Job Description: Firewall Traffic Monitoring and Policy Application Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Firewall Traffic Monitoring and Policy Application Specialist to manage and optimize network security policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, verifying, and applying traffic control policies across multiple network locations, working under the guidance of senior security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic Analysis and Policy Implementation:

Monitor and analyze all traffic between source and destination points within the firewall.
Identify security requirements and implement individual policies based on the findings.
Collaboration with Security Leads:

Work under the direction of the security team lead to confirm source-destination relationships.
Accurately apply policies to meet organizational security standards.
Traffic Verification Across Multiple Locations:

Verify traffic and validate packet data across several internal sets of traffic:
Apply appropriate policies based on the analysis.
Policy Enforcement and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with network security policies and maintain detailed documentation of all applied policies and changes.
Conduct continuous reviews and updates to enhance firewall performance and security.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in network security, firewall monitoring, and policy application.
Strong understanding of traffic flow analysis, packet validation, and security protocols.
Familiarity with multi-location traffic management and security best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with security teams and provide clear communication of findings.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with firewalls in large-scale enterprise environments.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar) are advantageous.

Work Days: By project basis
Work Hours: 08:00 am – 05:00 pm
Salary: To be determined after the interview (starting at $60,000~$80,000/year)
