Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. Prepare bidding contracts for facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. Inspects or directs the inspection of manufacturing and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules. Support and work with maintenance to do troubleshooting and countermeasure equipment breakdown, implement improvement to increase equipment efficiency and uptime. Update new/modified equipment BOM list and provide spare parts personnel to keep them in stock safely, control manual, drawing, catalogues and keep them properly, provide technical training to maintenance ■ Major Responsibilities: Establishing production facilities and maintaining the machinery in order to produce high quality products. Capable to perform PLC implementation and debug programming. Keep project’s time frame on time for accomplishment Capability to perform equipment design study and specification build Hands-on experience in maintenance troubleshooting for variable equipment Implementation for improvements, countermeasures from equipment downtime Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice ■ Background, Experience& Qualifications: 2 years associate/tech School or equals required, BS Degree preferred Minimum 5 years PLC programming and engineering experience Expertise about production facilities and operation, Hands-on experience PLC, HMI Program and Troubleshooting (Mitsubishi PLC, Allen-Bradley etc.) Understand and use electric components, schematics, drawings and wirings Experience in AC Drive, Servo Drive systems, vision measuring system Experience in operating robot program and Troubleshooting (KUKA Robot, ABB Robot, Fanuc Robot, and other makers) Basic experience in Hydraulic Presses and pneumatic system High proficiency and linguistic command in English (speaking and writing).
