Job Description

Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion
Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates
Inspects construction and installation progress
Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment
Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment
Manages the telecommunication function
Manage, hire and work with vendors for landscaping, pest control, plant service, parking lot services and plumbing
Oversee and supervise the security vendor for safety of the customers facility
Manage and assist tenant improvement project by supporting the manager with acquiring permits and hiring appropriate vendors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4+ years of relevant work experience
Active learning to understand the implications of new information for both current and future initiatives
Understanding of software and business development
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
Demonstrated leadership skills
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills
