Expecting the mortgage rate

    I found an interesting article on expecting the 30-year mortgage rate. The index says we have the lowest rate in history, but many(or most) people have no idea what rate would be going to be in the future. These graphs may give you some estimation of the future rate, if not exact, as far as you are familiar with technical analysis of the financial market. The first picture is the Ten Year Treasury yield so you could have some idea of the market trend, and the second picture is the treasury yield vs. the mortgage rate. And, I add a numeric table representing the rates for recent months. Hope this helps people who are hunting the decent rate in the mortgage market.
