Executive/Personal Assistant
Location: Long Island City, NY
Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (M-F)

of electrical and plumbing products in the greater NY/NJ area. We also
extensively service and supply products across the United States, as
well as internationally.
We are currently seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to work directly with executive management.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Heavy scheduling of business and personal
matters/calendar management. - Coordinate business and personal travel
arrangements. - Interact with business-related clients and
professional contact. - Processing invoices, expense reports, and
internal documentation. - Streamline communications and correspondence
within organization.
- Support project-related tasks including
assisting with meeting coordination, contact management, and assisting in other
personal work/errands as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assisting senior management/executives
helpful. - Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and
proficiency in Korean is required. - Intelligent and business savvy; ability to carry
oneself in a professional manner at all times.
- Strong and utmost attention to detail.
- Quick learner and the ability to adapt in a
fast, changing environment. - Reliable, personable, trustworthy, sensible, and
an abundance of common sense.
- Committed to long-term employment; willing to
