    A retail supply company in Long
    Island City, NY seeks an Executive/Personal Assistant to work directly with
    executive management.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Heavy scheduling of business and personal
      matters/calendar management.
    • Coordinate business and personal travel
      arrangements. 
    • Interact with business-related clients and
      professional contact.
    • Processing invoices, expense reports, and
      internal documentation.
    • Streamline communications and correspondence
      within organization.
    • Support project-related tasks including
      assisting with meeting coordination, contact management, and assisting in other
      personal work/errands as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in assisting senior management/executives
      helpful. 
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and
      proficiency in Korean is required.
    • Intelligent and business savvy; ability to carry
      oneself in a professional manner at all times. 
    • Strong and utmost attention to detail.
    • Quick learner and the ability to adapt in a
      fast, changing environment.
    • Reliable, personable, trustworthy, sensible, and
      an abundance of common sense. 
    • Committed to long-term employment; willing to
