[Job Summary]

• Support the Publishing manager to do below:
• Respond to inquiries and assist the members of the live operation team.
• Work closely with the live operation team to ensure quality service provided to the user base of estgames.com
• Analyze and summarize various aspects of game performance and present plans to improve them. 
• Draft website contents and communicate the details with web designer and developer to have them produced.
• Arrange periodical in-game/web events on a regular basis. 
• Play key role in communicating with the headquarters in Korea thru written and verbal communication.
• Closely monitor the performance of each live operation team member for their evaluation.
• Evaluate new games for additional publishing.

[Desired Skills and Expertise]

• Bilingual: English and Korean
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the gaming industry 
• Play experience of MMORPG and other online PC games.
• Proficient in office softwares including MS Excel, Outlook
• Must be a driven, energetic, and motivated individual who can own and execute goals with minimal supervision
