    Graphic Designer (Entry-Mid level)

    Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or related field
    Good sense of color, typography, package structure & layout skill
    Conceptual thinker with strong portfolio and verbal & visual communication skills
    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
    Proficiency in Adobe Premier and After Effects a PLUS
    Hair/beauty industry experience a PLUS

    Purchasing Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    • Responsible for preparation and processing purchase orders with vendors
    • Review technical specification, quantity, delivery time and cost
    • Monitor and coordinate shipments with logistical companies
    • Communicate and maintain positive relationships with vendors
    • Maintain purchase and inventory records/data in ERP system
    • Resolve problems connected with invoices, deliveries, item specification
    • Create reports both quantitative and qualitative for management
    • Work with other relevant departments (Warehouse, Sales, A/P)
    • Perform other work related duties

    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, accounting preferred
    • 8-10 years of relevant corporate experience in purchasing and/or logistics
    • Analytical and creative problem solver
    • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a very busy environment
    • Excellent written and inter-personal communication skills
    • Strong computer skills, especially Excel and ERP software
    • Bilingual in English/Korean strongly preferred
    • MUST be legal to work in the US

    IT Helpdesk Coordinator (Entry-level)

    Key Responsibilities:
    Respond to IT Helpdesk tickets
    Diagnose and resolve basic computer problems, including PC, server, internet connectivity, network, operating systems, applications, and printers; install and configure new PCs and other hardware, system upgrades and software patches
    Train users on new equipment and software
    Maintain IT hardware and software assets; assist in IT infrastructure and systems maintenance, upgrade, and/or migration
    Maintain system status and troubleshooting documents (procedures)

    Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields preferred
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
