Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations, as well as company guidelines and protocols. • Oversee employee recruiting/exit activities, employee benefits/wage & salary programs, employee recognition, employee referral, employee wellness programs and employee training programs. • Administer and provide recordkeeping of all safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations. • Oversee payroll processing through the ADP system and provide payroll reports and analysis regularly. • Perform Workers' Compensation/Safety claims filing and report in support of NJ Headquarter and Distribution Center Manager and employee training programs • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA and COBRA.
