Business Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Target Annual Base Salary: $80K~$100K

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree (HR Management degree is a plus, but not required)
• Minimum of 5~7 years of HR management experience
• Substantial knowledge of State & Federal labor laws
•Demonstrated strong proficiency in and use of Computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
• Be able to travel to other states and foreign countries
• Be able to work after business hours when required

CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain and manage employment policies & procedures, compensation, employee benefits, and other HR programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations, as well as company guidelines and protocols.
• Oversee employee recruiting/exit activities, employee benefits/wage & salary programs, employee recognition, employee referral, employee wellness programs and employee training programs.
• Administer and provide recordkeeping of all safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing through the ADP system and provide payroll reports and analysis regularly.
• Perform Workers’ Compensation/Safety claims filing and report in support of NJ Headquarter and Distribution Center Manager and employee training programs
• Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA and COBRA.
