Leclas 입니다. 한국계 대기업에서 EMS / QMS Specialist 인재를 모시고 있습니다. 관심이 있으신 분들께서는 아래 이메일로 반드시 포지션명과 함께 이력서 보내주시길 부탁드립니다. 해당 포지션은 비자 스폰서쉽 가능하며 Korean Bilingual Preferred 포지션 입니다. story@leclas.com <strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong> • <strong>EMS Software Design & Implementation</strong>: Develop, test, and implement software solutions for the Equipment Management System, focusing on functionalities related to Breakdown Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance • <strong>Developing and Implementing QMS</strong>: Design, develop, and implement the Quality Management System based on industry standards and organizational requirements • <strong>System Integration & Optimization</strong>: Ensure seamless integration of the EMS / QMS with other enterprise systems, optimizing for performance and scalability • <strong>Database Interaction</strong>: Design and manage database structures specific to warehousing needs, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage processes • <strong>User Interface Development</strong>: Create intuitive interfaces for Maintenance / QA staff, ensuring ease of use and maximizing efficiency in operations • <strong>Risk Management</strong>: Identify and assess potential risks to quality within the organization. Develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively • <strong>Troubleshooting & Maintenance</strong>: Proactively address software issues, troubleshoot anomalies, and perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth system operation • <strong>Continuous Learning & Training</strong>: Stay updated with the latest trends in EMS / QMS development and technologies. Provide training and support to internal teams as required • This position would require 5% - 25% travel annually between partner manufacturing sites in other states <strong>Skill and Qualifications</strong> • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in EMS / QMS or related systems. (Entry Level: 0 -3 years) / (Junior: 4 - 6 years) / (Senior (7+ years) • Strong proficiency in software development using Java (Spring Boot) & Vue etc. • Familiarity with database management, CI / CD tools and bitbucket. • Good understanding of system process, integration and implementation. • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. • Problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt to changing requirements. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Korean / English bilingual preferred but not required. <strong>Featured benefits</strong> • Medical insurance • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • 401(k) • Disability insurance I agree to the terms of service Update List
