Role and Responsibilities
• EMS Software Design & Implementation: Develop, test, and implement software solutions for the Equipment Management System, focusing on functionalities related to Breakdown Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance
• Developing and Implementing QMS: Design, develop, and implement the Quality Management System based on industry standards and organizational requirements
• System Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless integration of the EMS / QMS with other enterprise systems, optimizing for performance and scalability
• Database Interaction: Design and manage database structures specific to warehousing needs, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage processes
• User Interface Development: Create intuitive interfaces for Maintenance / QA staff, ensuring ease of use and maximizing efficiency in operations
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to quality within the organization. Develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Proactively address software issues, troubleshoot anomalies, and perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth system operation
• Continuous Learning & Training: Stay updated with the latest trends in EMS / QMS development and technologies. Provide training and support to internal teams as required
• This position would require 5% – 25% travel annually between partner manufacturing sites in other states

Skill and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in EMS / QMS or related systems. (Entry Level: 0 -3 years) / (Junior: 4 – 6 years) / (Senior (7+ years)
• Strong proficiency in software development using Java (Spring Boot) & Vue etc.
• Familiarity with database management, CI / CD tools and bitbucket.
• Good understanding of system process, integration and implementation.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Korean / English bilingual preferred but not required.
