We provide a wide arrange of products to our customers including but not limited to, CD DVD duplicators, memory card duplicators, blank media and disc publishing machines.

We are looking for someone to join our sales and marketing team. We are looking to hire as soon as possible but are willing to wait on the right candidate.

SystorSystems.com Specialist Responsibilities:
Use innovative customer engagement and creative sales techniques to increase sales of our products in our five online stores
Use passion for customer service and knowledge of technology to build quality relationships with customers over the phone
Field questions about product features and explain benefits
Engage and excite customers by making product suggestions
Process orders coming in from our various online store fronts
Build and cultivate relations with schools and government agencies
Process purchase orders and place government bids
Price check and observe changes in pricing or competitors in the industry
Correspond with resellers and place drop ship orders as well as check product availability
Provide feedback in weekly sales meeting
Stay current with product updates

Requirements:
Previous sales and/or customer service experience
Must be technically savvy with expertise in electronics and new technology
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Ability to work hard, juggling many responsibilities
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new processes
Have reliable transportation
Familiarity with Amazon, eBay and various shopping sites a plus
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a plus
