It will also lead and direct all digital and social media activities using all applicable platforms. <strong>Essential functions will focus in the areas of:</strong> <strong>Merchandising</strong>- work with sales and design in order to drive online sales. <strong>Analytics and Reporting</strong>- analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns. <strong>Digital Marketing and Social Media</strong>- building brand awareness and promotion through both internet marketing and non-internet digital channels. <strong>Customer Experience/Site Functionality</strong>-monitor user experience, user content, promotional messages <strong>Desired Skills and Experience:</strong> Bachelor’s Degree in related field 3-5 years in an e-commerce, social media, digital marketing role. Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
