The right candidate is also extremely detail oriented and has strong project management and analytical skills. <strong>Position Overview:</strong> - Drive day-to-day email development and execution for all email marketing campaigns - Develop highly dynamic and mobile-responsive email marketing templates - Drive segmentation strategies, A/B and multivariate testing processes - Analyze and report on key email marketing performance metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting strategic goals - Provide leadership and vision to the email channel - Drive the email marketing strategy including contact strategy, segmentation/targeting, ongoing testing and content and creative optimization - Work across departments to implement and bring new email ideas to life - Review marketing campaigns and product launch schedules with brand/content managers and marketing department to incorporate into the email calendar - Create and manage a weekly email marketing calendar as part of the broader marketing calendar - Recommend new ideas, innovations, and new technologies to grow and improve the email channel - Improve the processes that underlie all ongoing email programs - Define, report, analyze, and communicate critical metrics that drive results - Identify reporting mechanisms to track and predict revenue - Manage email delivery provider - Stay current with best practices, strategies, legislation and industry standards related to email <strong>Requirements:</strong> - Analytical-minded and familiar with core e-commerce metrics - Great people skills for managing agency relationships as well as collaborating with colleagues across departments - Strong business ethics; is reliable and dependable - Must be a cooperative team player with the ability to work independently - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills - HTML knowledge - Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) - Minimum of 1-2 years managing an email program, ideally in a B-to-C e-commerce environment utilizing an enterprise-level email management system - Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience or equivalent education - Deep knowledge and curiosity of digital publishing and platforms. - An intense attention to detail and desire to execute content pieces flawlessly. - Social platforms and social media tools (Twitter, LI, FB, YouTube etc.) - Email marketing experience - Web analytics and SEO (copy, keyword, multimedia, meta-tag optimization) - HTML and exposure to graphic design desirable - Proficient in Wordpress and social media listening tools <strong>Benefits:</strong> - Competitive Salary - Health Insurance - Monthly Bonus Infrastructure <strong>Resume sent to:</strong> iseeconsulting114@gmail.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
