Now Editing “Development Manager Position Open” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Job duties: - Oversee design and development of new and modified injection molds. - Monitor development process to ensure injection mold conforms with customer specifications and recommend efficiency and quality improvements. - Coordinate with production/injection and mold maintenance departments to establish and evaluate design concepts for manufactured products. - Supervise duties of subordinate to improve efficiency and design quality. - Perform mold flow analysis. - Ensure subordinates are properly trained on computer programs including AutoCAD, CATIA, and NX. - Hire, train, discipline, and terminate subordinates as necessary. - Additional job duties as necessary. Job requirement: Development Manager - Two years of experience of managerial experience in injection mold design and development. - Experience in stamping die and plastic mold design using CATIA and NX. - Experience in using AutoForm.
