    Duties & responsibilities

    Customer(Gcooper, Members) Service Representatives & Management
    The order receiving and shipping order and tracking with teams
    Invoicing and money draft(credit card, debit…) management
    Continuously communicate with Customers by Phone and E-mail about products, Order, complains
    Customer complains handling and feedbacks
    Analyzing report generation (Clients order and Items, .. Etc)
    Estimates Clients Order ( items Level..)
    Carry out tasks as assigned (Korea HQ, USA) Executives or business partners
    Report to Branch Manager
    Recommended Qualifications:

    Must be able to perform basic computer tasks such as email, internet, MS Office, and at least 40 WPM typing speed.
    MS Office (Word, Excel) skills required(mandatory)
    Strong attention-to-detail, accuracy, problem-solving skills
    Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, must Korean language, Spanish plus )
    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external
    customers in a professional manner and teamwork and positive
    Legally authorized to work in the U.S. CA Driver’s License
