    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Company Name – Confidential (Greater LA Area, California)

    Collaborate with Marketing, Service and Sales departments as well as an in-house IT organization to ensure proper project management of large scale enterprise communications campaigns.

    • Drive results and ensure objectives and standards are incorporated into corporate marketing campaigns and assist in creating new ideas that further program results.
    • Create and manage campaigns for both potential and existing clients to build awareness and to retain customers
    • Work closely and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders to approve communications related services and products and ensure communications activities are integrated into all product offerings.
    • Work as a member of the CRM team to assist in production of new marketing campaigns to further lead generation and create awareness of product enhancements.
    • Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace including competitors, relevant legislation, etc. within market verticals as they relate to product lines and suggest changes to current marketing campaigns to best serve the objectives of the organization
    • Establish processes and policies surrounding the communications engagement process and the involvement and steps required by sales team members
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and identify solutions to problems

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • At least 3 years experience managing CRM projects using the full CRM product lifecycle in a business-to-consumer environment (including project mgmt, business requirement gathering, functional specs and analytics components).
    • Automotive experience a plus
    • CRM agency experience or similar a plus
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently, take initiative and provide follow through
    • Excellent research, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Team player

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Ability to execute programs, multi-stage campaigns, stand alone campaigns and offers
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and identify solutions to problems as they present themselves and apply learned techniques
    • Must possess exceptional communications skills and have the ability to effectively interact with high-level individuals both inside and outside the organization
    • Must possess excellent multi-tasking skills.
    • Nice to have experience with Siebel Marketing
    • High proficiency with MS Office applications
    • Familiarity with MS Project and MS Visio required
