Job Description: Creating a listing/CS/Invoicing/Inventory/Marketing/Monitor Inspection Duties: Resolve product and service issues and relay information back to the appropriate departments or Korean manufacturers Assist customers as needed; follow-up with customer questions and inquires Generating and revising eBay/Amazon/Newegg product listings Entering orders into client order management system Inventory management Proficiencies & Skills: Comprehensive computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), technically inclined) Excellent writing and oral communication skills Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks Must be Bilingual in Korean and English Work Hours and Wages -9:00 am -6:00 pm.
