    Position:  Cost Accounting Specialist

    Location:  Fullerton, CA

    FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

    Reports to: Cost Accounting Manager

     

     
    General Scope: Provides financial decision making information by collecting, analyzing and reporting cost data.

     

     

    Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

    ·         Expense review & analysis with budget

    ·         Inventory management in ERP System

    §  Maintains control of company inventory cycle

    §  Production Order entry & maintenance

    ·         AP & AR transaction maintenance

    ·         Company profit & loss analysis support on monthly company performance report

    Requirements:

     

    ·         BA/BS Degree preferred.

    ·         Over 1~2 years of experience in an accounting field preferred; especially, accounts payable

    ·         Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products especially Excel

    ·         Detail oriented individual with strong organization, communication skills and accurate data management skill.

    ·         Must be self-motivated, team player, and able to immediately contribute to a fast paced, deadline environment.

    ·         Must possess problem solving and analytical skills and be able to think independently.

    ·         Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to team work well with peers, other departments, customers, and vendors

    ·         Travel between 0-10%
