Job Description
administrative duties (expense management; coordinate calls and meetings with management; organize travel itineraries)
Assist in tracking and updating legal invoices
Fielding calls and taking complete and accurate messages for executives
Organize and maintain files
Prepare materials for meetings
Assist with the administration of the Company’s contract management system
Prepare organizational structure charts
Assist with domestic corporate filings, coordinate certification of documents
Other duties as assigned
Business travel required (When needed)Qualification
Korean and English
Bachelor’s Degree required
Administrative experience supporting an executive strongly preferred
Exceptional oral and written communications required
Exceptional organizational skills required
Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills required
Detail to sensitivity and proactive
Ability to work with all levels of employees
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Internet research savvy
Detail oriented and proactive; problem-solving skills a must
Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy
Flexibility and adaptability as new responsibilities are assigned
Hoursfull time 8:00 am~ 5:30 pm (Flexible working hour)
Salary: negotiable
