We are a growing company engaged in Fashion Online sales Distribution located in Irvine CA.
Currently seeking a full-time Model &Sample Coordinator on immediately.
Position name: Model &Sample Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
< Model & Studio>
• Manage when samples are ready to be packed and stored
• Manage model’s Clothes inventory with clean and tidiness
• Prep clothes for photo shoots. (Steaming clothes, straighten clothes on model)
• Support and advice for models with photographer
<Production & Sales>
• Receive, check-in, track, organize, and prep all incoming samples including styling kit.
• Inventory management for sample Items, Maintain knowledge of status and location of samples at any given time.
• Responsible for tracking products through the styling, photography and retouching process for monthly product launches.
• Communicating styling and retouching notes from the Buying and Merchandising Department to the Photo Studio Department.
• Products listing and prepare for online product launching
Qualifications:
• The detail and fashion Oriented(fashion School or Media marketing)
• Basic knowledge; Fashion style, photographer’s skills,…
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deadline Driven
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Preferred Korean/English bilingual
Job location: Irvine CA
Work hour: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Hourly rate: $15 per hour Start hourly rate, Apply Overtime policy, full-time,
Provide company benefit after 3-month
Other: 3 month probation rule
