Our client company located in Atlanta, GA,, Inc., has been in the United States for over 20 years and is a part of the Construction Equipment Division of Heavy Industries, a global leader in Shipbuilding, Offshore Drilling & Engineering, Industrial Plant Development & Engineering, Engine & Machinery Manufacturing, Electro Electric Systems Manufacturing and Construction Equipment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and overseeing the functions of the Finance/AR, Human Resources and Legal Department.
[Finance/ AR]
• Leads Finance Team
• Request and obtain annual financial statements(Balance Sheet and Income Statement) from all Dealers for review; updated financial information evaluated to renew existing internal lines of credit, or to adjust up or down, as appropriate
• Ensure the timely and efficient collection of ARs from Dealers
• Make decisions regarding the release, or denial, of machine and fork lift orders requested by Dealers
• Work closely with financial institutions who provide financing to Dealers(floor plan financing) and their customers(retail financing), in order to maintain these relationships for supporting Dealer finance programs
• Look to establish relationships with new “financial partners”
• Monitor all significant AR issues and work to resolve them to HCEA’s best possible benefit[Legal]
• Leads Legal Team
• Oversee and work with outside law firms to resolve all litigation and other legal matters which arise[HR]
• Leads HR Team
• Responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with employee search firms for the recruitment and placement of new employees for permanent and temporary positions
• Responsible for developing annual employee review forms, and assist the company’s Managers in preparing their annual performance evaluations for their employees
• Work with paychecks, an outside contracted company, to handle all employee payroll, 401(k) plans, and personnel matters
• Responsible for working with Department Managers to document, oversee, implement employee promotions, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc.
Maintain and update personnel files for all employeesOther duties:
