Responsibilities
• Understand, address and resolve issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee all services and procedures; recommend improvements as necessary.
• Ensure branch is compliant, profitable, and operating efficiently.
• Perform all functions related to personnel, e.g. hiring, training, reviews work distribution, etc.
• Guide and motivate staff; promote a culture of teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Develop relationships with vendors and participate in rate negotiations.
• Keep abreast of changes in the marketplace and subsequent effects on the branch.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-10 years Logistics management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Aptitude and passion for pursuing clients, tracking activities.
• Ability to handle day-to-day issues pertaining to specific shipments and clients.
• Familiar with licenses, government regulations, and a legal compliance.
• Computer literate; must be able to create and generate reports
Preferred Qualifications
• English Korean bilingual highly preferred
• Supply Chain Management degree
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
Salary and Benefits
$50K to $85K DOE
