    Manager: 

    • Ensure that construction activities move according to
      predetermined schedule.
    • Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and
      when need arises.
    • Communicate effectively with the contractors
      responsible for completing various phases of the project.
    • Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the
      project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors,
      sub-contractors and laborers.
    • Monitor the progress of the construction activities on
      a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
    • Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines,
      quality and safety standards.
    • Periodic inspection of construction sites.
    • Ensure project documents are complete.
    • Identify the elements of project design and
      construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

    Project
    Engineer(Entry level):

  • Managing the complete submittal process and preparing
    complete, accurate and timely submittal logs for construction projects
    based on project drawings and specifications.
  • Accountable for receiving approved submittals from
    Architect or Engineer and notifying the Project Superintendent of
    potential schedule impact.
  • Distribute and analyze all Construction Change
    Directives and distribute and collect them from all affected subcontractors
    with all necessary back up for timely return and submittal to the
    Architect and Owner.
  •  Responsible for timely completion of all required
    project close-out documents per contract.
  • Distribute contract documents to subcontractors,
    including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any
    accepted alternates or addendums with documents.
  •  Distribute final requirement documentation to
    subcontractors and Project Administrator.

Site Safety Manager (Entry
level):

  • Working knowledge of health and safety plansExtensive knowledge of construction worksite safety
    practices and procedures 
    Extensive knowledge of OSHA, FRA and other applicable
    federal, state and local safety regulations and standards
    Extensive knowledge of the job hazard analysis and
    resolution process
    Extensive knowledge of accident investigation and
    reporting process
    Extensive knowledge of conducting safety audits and
    inspections
    10 Hour OSHA or 30 Hour OSHA Certificate (Optional)Please send your resume and
