Job Title: Collection Specialist (Bilingual-English & Spanish Required)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Reports to: Credit Manager
Objective: LG Hausys America, Inc. a subsidiary of LG Hausys Ltd in South Korea is looking for a Collection Specialist at our Atlanta, GA Corporate Office. Role Description and Responsibilities:
• Collection of LG Hausys receivables by means of telephone calls, emails, and facsimile.
• Handles administrative tasks related to accounts receivables.
• Inputs collection notes and data into SAP.
• Processes credit card and ACH payments.
• Tracking of incoming funds for reporting purposes.
• Reconciles, reviews, and assess accounts for reporting purposes and collection follow-up procedures.
• Maintenance of collection data for tracking and account history, records, reports, and files.
• Filing of accounts supporting documentation.
• Building and maintaining customer relations for general collection data up keep.
• Mailing of monthly statements for accounts.
• Performing projects for sales tax.
• Other duties as assigned.Education and Work Experience:
• High school Diploma or G.E.D
• At least 3 plus years of collection training and experience necessary
